Rob Kunes was born, raised and attended school in South Carolina, graduating from the College of Charleston in 2000 with B.A. in English Literature and a heavy concentration in creative writing.
Rob and his wife Julie were married in 2002. The following year they moved to Connecticut for Julie to earn an M.A. in English while Rob worked in sales. They moved home to Charleston in 2005, and on his return to St. Michael’s Church, Rob became active in the healing ministry and began to discern a call to the ordained ministry.
Rob graduated Cum Laude from Nashotah House Theological Seminary in May of 2010. At the House, Rob restarted the Order of St. Luke, and with the help of several other students, established a ministry of healing prayer on campus . In July of 2008, Julie gave birth to a son, Robert. They are expecting a second child August of 2010.
